NEW CLIENTS - The time chosen starts a 2 hour window for when the inspector will arrive. Individual homes or owned buildings - No Condos Without HOA Approval on Vendor Work on Exterior Structure

We provide an Exclusive Wildlife Inspection Report® to homeowners and businesses in the cities and surrounding neighborhoods listed in our service areas.

The time chosen is the beginning of a 2 hour window, they are not exact appointment times.
You will need to be home for the inspection, and be available for 30 minutes to review the findings after the inspection is completed.

Our mission is to ensure your home, dwelling or business is safe and free of nuisance wildlife (bats, unprotected birds, chipmunks, mice, opossums, raccoons, rats and squirrels). During this inspection, we’ll check: chimneys, vents, roof, insulation, attic, gutters, eaves, siding, brick, weep holes, foundation vents, weatherstripping, dryer vents, conducive conditions, ridge vents, construction gaps and more!

Serving neighborhoods and surrounding areas as far west as Fowlerville (Livingston), north as Fenton/Linden (Genessee) , south as Ann Arbor/Saline (Washtenaw), and east as Novi/ Northville (Oakland County) and Plymouth/Canton, Livonia (Wayne).

We book in 2 hour windows, your inspector will arrive sometime within that winndow to complete your inspection. They will contact you when they are on their way.

Today we had an inspection of our home related to a potential bat infestation. The inspector Jacob, was very knowledgeable and thorough with the inspection. I felt very well informed of my current situation and the best path to resolve the issue. He gave me several options related to my budgetary needs. Owners, Mike & Sheila, and all crew members, especially Jacob and Olivia were polite, very competent, knowledgeable, and efficient. Communication was exceptional before, during, after, and at the final inspection when the job was completed. Glad to have the raccoons, bats and all the damage they caused, gone. Damage to the attic was repaired, old soiled insulation was removed and replaced. Highly recommend this service and the peace of mind it brings.

The owner answered the phone, said she could have someone here within an hour. True to her word, the technician was here in less than an hour. He checked the inside & outside of the chimney & the attics. The technician was polite, efficient & thorough.
I was especially impressed with the fact that someone answered the call & I didn’t have to reply to a lengthy menu & wait for a return call.
